Stephen P. Houlihan is a founding partner of the firm.  For over 25 years, he has specialized in the areas of estate, business and tax planning.  Additionally, Attorney Houlihan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.

Attorney Houlihan has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of Notre Dame, a law degree (J.D.) from Boston College Law School, and a Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) from Boston University Law School.  Mr. Houlihan is admitted to practice law in the state court of Massachusetts and the District Court for Massachusetts.  He is a member of the Probate section of the Massachusetts Bar Association.  In addition, Mr. Houlihan is an adjunct professor in the Tax Program at Suffolk University Law School, teaching Federal Estate and Gift Taxation.
